Data collection is essential to read upon for any research requiring customization of services or products based on the preferences leading to an optimized satisfaction.

Far beyond the conventional methods of assembling data through questionnaires or surveys, Artificial Intelligence and the emergence of technology has revolutionized the importance as well as the mode of data collection. Circumstancing the utility of such data, organizations ensures credibility through security and privacy in maintaining good trust among customers. Technological advancements have driven us along the path of transformation in decades, wherein cloud computing has secured its usage in the advanced world of Machine Learning.

Often we experience recommendations from YouTube or Netflix on the videos that we may like based on previously watched episodes or videos. Same goes with the e-commerce websites, recommending the products best suited as per our preferences. Dynamically ranking web contents as per an individual's - mostly searched in the internet, are driven by algorithms that decide which one to show as the top result and others ranked accordingly. Serving a digitally set menu of preferences drives further experience to continue on our shopping or watching the recommended video, fulfilling the organic motive of such data customizations.

Users should be in control of how their data is used. Policies for information use should be clear to the user. Users should be in control of when and if they receive information to make best use of their time.
Data further strengthens the base for Automation with cognitive intelligence as it is through series of dataset trainings, that a machine learning organises structure to process requirements and based on deep analysis it predicts better management functionality.
